Eligibility

All employees and dependents covered on the Hampton City Schools Employee health plan have full-service access to all pharmacy services, including over-the-counter items.

The pharmacy only processes Hampton City Schools Employee health insurance, therefore, those not on a Hampton City Schools Employee health plan can not use the pharmacy to fill prescription medications.
Privacy

All care received at our pharmacy is entirely confidential. Our pharmacy is operated by a third-party company, On-Site Rx, and they must follow all federal statutes and laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy laws.
Transfer Prescriptions

It’s easy to transfer your prescriptions to the Hampton City School Employee pharmacy. Simply complete a Prescription Transfer Form and send by fax, mail, or in person.

Any medical treating provider can transfer a prescription to this pharmacy electronically via E-scribe.
New Prescriptions

To send new prescriptions via E-scribe, please provide the pharmacy's phone number to your primary care provider to find the pharmacy in E-scribe.

All new patients are welcome. It is a one-step process to send a prescription electronically.
